The Studio

Located at 2111 E Virginia Ave in Wash Park is a small boutique studio space loaded with state of the art equipment and all the amenities we could possibly need for 1:1 training, small group classes ( 3-6 people), yoga, health coaching and nutrition coaching sessions, recovery modalities including steam shower, infrared sauna, and red light therapy. Most importantly a comfortable and welcoming space intended to meet you where you’re at and encourage you to grow and be your very best self.
