This Isn’t You Failing. This Is You Figuring It Out.

Let’s take a collective deep breath…..

Because if you’re feeling a little off track this week—or a lot off track—I want you to hear me clearly:

This isn’t failure. This is you figuring it out.

Progress isn’t a straight line. Real change is messy, emotional, and full of learning curves. And sometimes the biggest breakthroughs come after the hardest weeks.

Here’s the truth: You don’t need to get it all right to move forward. You just need to stay in the process.

When I was pretty deep in the stages of my own transformation I can remember times when I would feel like I was spinning my wheels or making bad choices on a weekend would mentally throw me off. Those moments when it would be so easy to throw in the towel…. or would it? This process that you go through in those difficult moments….that is you figuring it out. Those are actually the bricks that lay the foundation for your long term success.

If you’ve missed a few workouts, had a few too many late-night snacks, or completely ghosted your wellness routine—you’re still in this. One decision, one action, one day at a time is how real transformation happens. Not through perfection, but through consistency and self-compassion.

My job as your coach isn’t to judge you—it’s to remind you of your power.

You’re allowed to struggle. You’re allowed to start again. And you’re absolutely allowed to take up space in your own life.

So this week, instead of trying to do it all, I want you to ask:

  • What’s one small thing I can do today to take care of myself?

  • How can I support my energy, not just my schedule?

  • What would it look like to show up from a place of love, not pressure?

You’re not behind.You’re not broken.You’re not failing. You’re growing. And I’m proud of you for staying in it—even on the hard days.
